A model name alone is not always enough because manufacturers sometimes disable eSIM on versions sold in specific countries or by particular carriers. Search the list below, then confirm the result on the phone itself. On iPhone, look for “Add eSIM” under Settings, Cellular or Mobile Data. On Android, check SIM Manager, Network & Internet, or Connections for an option to add an eSIM. An EID shown in the device information is another strong signal that eSIM hardware is present. Finally, ask the original carrier to confirm that the phone is unlocked. If any of these checks disagree, do not purchase until the manufacturer or carrier confirms support for that exact regional model.
