Refund Policy
This policy explains how refund requests are handled for EsimFlux digital eSIM products and related travel connectivity services.

1. Refund Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the transaction date.
Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days after the refund request is approved.
2. Digital eSIM Products
EsimFlux sells digital eSIM products that can be delivered instantly. A refund is available within the 14-day refund window when the eSIM has not been installed, activated, downloaded, used, or otherwise made available for mobile data service.
If you choose instant delivery and start installing, activating, downloading, using, or benefiting from the eSIM before the 14-day refund window ends, the digital product has been supplied and the refund right for that product ends.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact EsimFlux support within 14 days from the transaction date.

- Include your order ID, account email, purchase date, and the eSIM package name.
4. Consumer Rights
This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights that apply to digital products or services in your country. Where a mandatory consumer law gives you a longer refund or withdrawal right, EsimFlux will honor that legal requirement.
