EsimFlux is a digital platform offering travel connectivity services, including eSIM activations, dashboards, and connectivity tools. We may update, improve, or modify features over time to maintain performance and security.

• You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details current.
• You are responsible for all devices and connectivity required to use the Service.

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless stated otherwise.
• Prices, taxes, and fees vary by region and are displayed at checkout.
• By purchasing, you authorize our payment providers to charge your selected method.
• We may offer trials or promotional pricing with specific conditions disclosed at purchase.

Payments are processed by third-party providers. We do not store full payment card details. Your use of payment services is subject to the provider's terms and privacy policies.

EsimFlux provides digital eSIM products and travel connectivity services. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the transaction date. For digital eSIM products, a refund is available only before the eSIM has been installed, activated, downloaded, used, or otherwise made available for mobile data service.

• Do not misuse the Service or interfere with security, integrity, or performance.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or circumvent usage limits.
• We may throttle, suspend, or terminate access for violations of fair usage policies.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service. Feedback may be used without restriction.

The Service, including software, design, branding, and content, is owned by or licensed to EsimFlux and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services such as payment processors, analytics tools, or network providers. We are not responsible for third-party services and their availability, terms, or practices.

We strive for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with or without notice, and we are not liable for any resulting impact to you.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or create legal or security risk. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EsimFlux will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months prior to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EsimFlux from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by international laws and principles, unless a specific jurisdiction is stated in an order form or supplemental agreement.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and apply on the effective date indicated. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
