Shipping Policy

EsimFlux delivers digital eSIM products only. No physical items are shipped. This page explains how your eSIM reaches you, when you receive it, and what to do if anything goes wrong.

1. Digital Products Only

EsimFlux sells digital eSIM data plans. No physical SIM card, device, or paper document is shipped. There are no postal addresses to enter and no courier deliveries to wait for.

Because every product is delivered electronically, traditional shipping methods, tracking numbers, and customs paperwork do not apply to your purchase.

2. Delivery Timeframe

eSIMs are delivered instantly after your payment is confirmed. In most cases the QR code and installation instructions are available in your EsimFlux dashboard and sent to your registered email within seconds.

In rare cases, delivery can be delayed by a few minutes due to provider provisioning, email filtering, or scheduled maintenance. If your eSIM has not appeared within 30 minutes, contact support and we will resolve it immediately.

3. How Your eSIM Is Delivered

Your eSIM reaches you through two secure channels:

  • Email confirmation — a confirmation email with a direct activation link is sent to the address you used at checkout.
  • Account dashboard — every eSIM you purchase is also available in your EsimFlux account under My eSIMs, with a scannable QR code and manual activation code.

4. Installing Your eSIM

To install your eSIM, you need an eSIM-compatible device that is carrier-unlocked. Most smartphones released after 2018 support eSIM.

  • iPhone:Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM → scan the QR code from your dashboard.
  • Android:Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs → Add eSIM, or use your device's camera to scan the QR code.
  • You can also install manually by entering the SM-DP+ address and activation code shown in your dashboard.

We recommend installing your eSIM the day you plan to travel, or shortly before, to keep the validity window aligned with your trip.

5. Re-downloading and Re-installing

Your QR code and activation code remain available in your EsimFlux dashboard for the full lifetime of the eSIM. You can re-install the same eSIM on another compatible device at any time without purchasing a new plan.

If you change device, simply sign in to your EsimFlux account, open the relevant eSIM, and follow the same installation steps on the new device.

6. Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your eSIM within 30 minutes of payment, please try the following first:

  • Check the spam, junk, and promotions folders in your email.
  • Sign in to your EsimFlux account and open the My eSIMs page.
  • Confirm the email address on your account is correct.

If the eSIM is still missing, contact support and we will re-deliver the plan to your account at no extra cost.

7. Order Confirmation and Invoices

A confirmation email and a downloadable invoice are issued for every successful purchase. You can also view, download, and print all of your past invoices from the Invoices page in your EsimFlux account at any time.

8. Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights that apply to digital products in your country. Refund rights for digital eSIMs are described in our Refund Policy. Where a local consumer law grants you a longer delivery, withdrawal, or refund period, EsimFlux will honor that requirement.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy to reflect improvements in our delivery systems or to remain compliant with applicable laws. The latest version is always available on this page with a revised effective date.
